These terms cover your use of the Flying Keys Lettings website. By using the site you accept them. Our office is at 107 High Street, Blackwood, NP12 1AD.
They do not replace any written agreement between us — a management agreement, letting instruction or occupation contract always takes precedence.
Property listings, rents, availability dates and photographs are provided in good faith and can change without notice. They are not an offer or part of any contract.
Details are checked but should always be confirmed with us before you rely on them, arrange travel or commit to any expenditure.
Submitting an enquiry or rental appraisal request does not create an agency agreement or reserve a property. Any appraisal figure is an opinion of achievable rent, not a guarantee.
You may use this site for genuine lettings enquiries. Do not scrape listings, submit false information, or use the site in any way that damages it or interferes with other users.
The Flying Keys name, logo, site design and original photography belong to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
We are members of the Property Redress Scheme; our complaints procedure is available on the accreditations page. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
